The location was great and the owner was a huge help. The issue was the u-haul app didn't know I was at the location. The GPS point for the location is wrong in the app. The owner had to come in and manually check me in. It took like 90 minutes as was a huge waste of my time, which wasn't on the pickup locations fault.
