I planned to pick up at 344 Dufferin Ave store in Winnipeg at 11 am. They said the trailer would not be available until after 6 pm. That presented a major problem. The closest trailer was 45 km away in Warren Manitoba. Major inconvenience. The trailer was 6 x 12. Not an uncommon size. Very frustrated that after booking the trailer 2 months in advance for Dufferin Avenue pickup, the closest 6X12 was 45 km away.

Dragomir DI stood there for 3 hours while I was very weak and sick from being on antibiotics. I booked it for 2:30 a.m. because I was trying to help my friend get her stuff out of someone's house that was stealing from her and they started throwing herself outside after I stood in that store for 3 hours until it was finally figured out I had to drive another 2 hours to the place to get her stuff. I really mean it was on the phone customer service the whole time they didn't do anything you guys put so much stress and extra depression in my life. Never again well I'll be getting a U-Haul after rude customer service agent that didn't help for 3 hours!!! Literally wasting my time
Desiree AWhen we dropped off the trailer, the lone employee had no idea what to do. Said they would have to call someone in who knew what to do. Luckily the online return procedure on the APP worked great.
