Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged a higher amount than what was quoted on my online invoice when I booked . Nobody to assist you hooking up the trailer .
Rubendran PGreat service also. Becky took care of everything prior to drop off on Sunday. Monday morning I received my receipt. Drop off was very easy.
Wanda WNeeds to better understand the Uhaul procedures, the young man was very persistent. And determined to be helpful.
STEVEN CThe staff did not offer any assistance with the drop-off. They told us the use the app and drop the keys in the box outside. Unfortunately, we could not get the app to work so it was a frustrating experience.
