Great experience especially since I had to keep extending. The young man at the Warrenville Ace hardware when I returned the U-Haul at around 3:30pm on June 4th was also excellent and very helpful and kind.

The bars on the walls of the truck are terrible. They don't allow you to put normal straps in them. They need notches or D rings or something. Also the dolly and blankets are literally on the worst possible spot. You put them there so people have to break the seal just to move them and not even use them, which is pathetic. At least put then in the mother's attic or the side with the gas can so people can have one wall completely free.
Steven Si didn't receive the furniture dollys which i so very much needed that day, and instead i was double billed for those dollies, as well as some other form of dolly which also wasnt on j

DOUGLAS SCoordinate sing in, for example. When checking in the uhaul website offered me additional coverage for roadside assistance (I had already accepted the $28/day package for insurance. This was an additional $5, the dealer had no idea what it was and could not explain it. Also, its like "really??" talk about nickel and diming you. Not cool
