I was switched to this location two days before my rental because I needed a truck and a car hauler. When I got there, they had rented the car hauler and told me it would be back right before closing, and that it was U-Haul‘s fault for sending me there but if it came in, they would call me. I said it’s no problem. I’m not leaving until the next day and they could call me. She took down my number and acted like that was fine. The next day I look online and they are closed so she was playing me the whole time and had no intentions of renting me a one-way car hauler in which I saw one sitting in the lot. My truck was dirty inside the back with sand like it hadn’t been swept out. There were several people inside talking about how terrible U-Haul is about renting things without having the correct inventory at the place. This place was 35 minutes farther than my original pick up which also had just a truck and no car hauler so I shouldn’t have had to change anyway. Horrible! I would not recommend at all!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe GMC I rented was for my business. It had an oil leak and should not have been rented as it was a concern for the duration of the rental. Unfortunately, I did not have time to return it. Since I parked it in my driveway, I was also left with some pretty nice oil spots. I expected more from a piece of equipment that was this new. These things are not something that a customer should be concerned with. The additional expense of renting should be enough.
Thomas MToy haul trailer had wiring issues. Shortly after picking it up, started developing stoplight and turn light issues. Call roadside assistance waited two hours for a mechanic who didn’t even have the tools with him to diagnose the issue. Deemed the trailer unserviceable. Forced to return the trailer and postpone my trip. I don’t see any way the pick up location would’ve known there was a wiring issue unless it was reported. The lights work fine according to the pick up location upon my picking up the trailer.
