Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged for gas although I took back the vehicle with the same amount of gas it had when I picked it up. I picked up in Warsaw @0915 used in Warsaw then returned @approx 1530 I was charged on pick up and charged again at drop off you guys can check the invoices because I would never used this location ever again. Royston SManager was very helpful!
Gail KI wish there was a better way for people to pick up a truck without having a smartphone. I personally don’t have a smartphone and had to get someone to help me. There should be another option available for this type of situation and understand that not everyone has a smartphone.
ed kTony in Warsaw, VA was very courteous. He quickly processed our rental and then hooked up the trailer for us. We were our way in ~15 minutes!
