Wonderful people and service. I called at short notice and showed up at their location ten minutes later. They had the truck ready to go with a full tank of fuel, windows sparkling clean and asked if I had any questions about operating it. I was soon on my way down the road. Truck was very comfortable and ran perfect. I would highly recommend these people for your next U-Haul rental.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI will never use U-Haul again. Customer service was awful. Drove 3 hours to pick up truck. Customer service canceled the reservation. Had to get another reservation and drive an additional 35 miles to pick up truck. Would like reimbursement from them for the awful experience. Not told upfront about the insurance cost either, which I did bot get back. Don't do it.
