Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged but when dropped off was charged more. I put more gas into the tank than was in the beginning and drove less miles. Not happy about the extra charge.
Ruth AFriendly- easy transaction and pickup. Explained everything thoroughly.
Robert PHad an issue with the app letting me pick up the truck. It asked me for references and was going to call said references while we were standing there trying to get the keys. The app refreshed and continued through the check in process without calling the references but it was just a mess. The app wasn't working right and it took way too long to get the keys.
Andrew PExcellent service and knowledge of the business
