It took almost 1 hour for me to complete the process and got the key
Amal JUnfortunately the entire street was dug up and the location entrance was not well marked. It was an after hours return and the staff stayed late to help. Thumbs up! Thank you!
moe dThere aren’t any parking spots, the vehicles are parallel parked up against a building on gravel. The space to pull out is extremely narrow with other trucks on one side and a gravel slope on the other side.
Erika EBlankets and dolly used from previous person were on the floor and not sealed as they should’ve been. There was garbage left from previous mover. No gas in truck, had to get gas as soon as we left as it was in empty. I believe I was also charged for blanket/doily usage as there is an extra charge on my card. App was also not working at pick up, and took a long time to be able to access the truck
