The gentleman that helped me was excellent. There was an issue with the fees, which he quickly corrected. I will definitely be using this location again. It was a very convenient way to rent a trailer.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe appreciate U-Haul helping us move, but we were very disappointed with the communication. We reserved a 26’ truck in Watertown over two weeks in advance, only to be told the day before that they didn’t have one available. We were offered one in Brookings but would have to pick it up ourselves. Because of the last-minute change, I had to reserve a smaller truck, which made our move much more difficult and inconvenient. We understand things happen, but giving us only one day’s notice after a two-week reservation was extremely frustrating.
Tim SGreat customer service
Jose RDropped off early and after hours. Did speak to location prior to drop off friendly and helpful
Calvin MI could not have asked for a better person to deal with. I needed to return an auto transport, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely do business with them again!
