I scheduled to pick up my truck at 5am and it took me a while hour for the app to function. I didnt leave with my truck until almost 6am dealing with the app not loading, contacted customer service through quick messaging, they were no help, took forever to reaping. Called the customer service to help and they never answered for 30 minutes while waiting. Was never told where the lock box for the keys were so I had to walk around the entire shopping area to look for it. Finally managed to figure it out but no thanks to the messaging or the phone calle. Nobody helped. Even with returning the truck the app was malfunctioning. I had perfect signal but the app wouldnt load what was needed. Had to restart the app like 10 times for pick up and drop off before it worked. And the parking to return the truck was terrible. Not enough room to park the huge truck. And the phone call I received the next day just asked if I returned the truck. Didn't ask how it went or how they could help for next time or nothing just got the response they wanted and hung up.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLiquor store does not want to help anyone. They gave me the Uhaul number to call. I dont have the "Uhaul app" and do not want to use it. I was told I could pick up at this location before 2PM and after 2PM with the app... I went before 2PM and nobody there to help me pick up the truck.

Jonathan HThey were very rude and not helpful. I asked for help and was told I should have done it online, and given a number to call and was pushed off onto someone else. So customer service was not good at all!!!!

Consequently, I switched to the larger truck, and Richard ensured a seamless transition. Richard exemplifies the epitome of professionalism and customer service.
