Edouard HSuper easy to drop off we had to change locations which because the first location couldn’t handle as 26 foot truck and this one was a little farther away so he ended up with more mileage and had to pay more money, but it wasn’t significant and the person who was there drove by a forklift and said just park it there so he did and that was it, but it was kind of weird because in the past when I’ve returned a truck without somebody checking it, I’ve had to take pictures and this time the app was just like you’re done
Griffin PU-haul really messed us up this time. Charged me for things I didn't order and NO service. Every year we have rented from them but this time was a total F-up! They sent us to a location which is just a parking lot between two commercial buildings and nobody there. No one answered the phone and the directions on the board that was posted didn't work. It sucked!
jon kThere was no one there and no clear directions on what to do with the equipment. We returned the tank with extra gass (probably about over $20 worth, but were charged $10 for extra mileage that it wasn't clear we drove. the whole thing was extremely lame and leaves me with a poor impression of uhaul as a company.
