The staff person working did not communicate well. There was confusion regarding the insurance coverage. She explained it several times and my sister, nephew and I were all very confused about the coverage cost. She also told us the keys were in the truck and sent us on our way. After searching for the keys and not being able to find them, my sister went back to the office to talk to her and couldn't find her. There was no one else working. She finally appeared and came out and showed us that the keys were in the back of the truck. To get in, you had to open a combination lock. When we asked what the combination was, she said it was in the paperwork, like we were just supposed to know all of this. This all delayed our trip 15-20 min. The truck itself had bald tires and slid around in the snow, and smelled like cigarette smoke inside.Laura J.

The only negative comment I have is minor. The wi-fi coverage at the check-in location was spotty which caused me to have to repeat some of the check-in steps for the Truck Share 24/7 multiple times.David K.
Even though I rented the truck to pick up in person, I was told I should have done the online pickup process. The online process seems more complex than is should be.Daniel B.
It was horrific. The owner was not even at the store and the woman behind the counter at the gas station gave us the keys. Did not go over the contract OR make us sign anything and made us move multiple vans to get ours out as it was boxed it. Did not have keys correctly labeled. Van had wrong equipment in it and did not have the equipment we requested and were ensured would have when they called to confirm. AWFUL.Katherine M.
Implementing the use of technology particularly wanting me to download an app did not have the effect of simplifying the process. I created a username and password, had it verified, but when I logged in, it said it wasn't there. Plus at the location, the internet connection was not reliable so it took them a long time to go through the process.Jeffrey F.
Nothing. Please note that your representative (Josh) provided superior customer service to us. He was courteous and efficient, and was able to answer any questions we had. Josh made the entire process pain free. One of the members of our group even made the comment after we left that he wished all customer service was as excellent as was provided by Josh!Kyle B.
There was an error made to the mileage of the truck on my contract compared to the truck actual mileage. And my attendant Bennett walked with me through the truck and made sure the gas tank and mileage was true to the contract and he and I caught the oversight together and immediately he made it right and contacted Michelle his manager who worked hand in hand right away even though she was off duty to fix this for me the customer! I felt special I felt cared for and I felt protected! I would hands down say this made my experience even better than if everything was just so in order! I'm blessed to have gotten to see this first hand the teamwork to help the client! Great job U-haul team!Amanda A.

The mobile check in was just awful. Asked for information to be submitted beforehand to speed up the process, I did that, then it still takes 30 minutes to do stuff in the parking lot I could've done weeks before.Alexander R.

Customer service could have been better. I was told to use check in on my phone when I arrived to pick up the equipment. It was not working. Also when returning the equipment, I was told to do everything on my phone which was also not working. The way those things were handled could have been better. I would not have came to the counter to ask for help if it was working fine on my phone.Marie G.
