Made reservation online. Day of reservation made I was notified at 7:50 pm nobody would be available for me to pick up the trailer at my reservation time of 11:00am the next day. I was asked if I could pick up at 1:00 pm instead. I felt like I didn’t really have another choice… At pick up I inquired about the $50 credit if customer can’t pickup rental at time, location, date of reservation. EE had no idea what I was talking about and instructed me to ask the manager when I returned the equipment 3 days later. EE’s manners were basic and responses short. Upon return same EE was asked to unhook the trailer from my vehicle by another EE. I felt like I was an inconvenience. During unhooking EE’s pants were falling down so much so that he was practically mooning the parking lot. The whole experience just wasn’t great. I don’t know if because it was connected to a gas station it was odd. I really appreciated the phone call (even tho it was late at night) letting me know I couldn’t pickup at my scheduled time. This location could use either a separation of businesses or additional training. I overheard at lady coworker say they were struggling with a dropoff U-Haul the morning of my original scheduled pickup.

joyce wI rented this truck from baraboo. Friendly but reserved me a smaller truck when he knew I needed the big one. Then I had to get it in a different town. Still at the end didn’t have the big one. I then had to drive many unnecessary miles as I wanted baraboo for the location. Due to way shorter to the pickup area. Then was quoted .49 cents a mile and they gave .99 cents. Cost me way more money based on lies. Then rented for 24 hrs and they wanted it returned by 3 When I only had it 5 hrs. The one worker told me if it was not returned by 3 I’d get a late fee or he would need to extend. I rent for 24 hrs but normally have a truck 6 hrs. No discounts ever so double dipping and charging full price and able to rent the same truck for my full pay. So forcing us to have to stress out and hurry. I’ll give a good mark but I did try to call this location and clear this up because now we need yet another truck due to uhauls screw up. And no one respected me and called me back. I’m demanding a full refund or a free truck because of all this bs we went through. I ended up with a 12 midnight day due to these guys and had to dive an hr out of the way to return due to this location was not the one I went to get the truck
Anthony GProcess very smooth and customer service wes excellent. If you need a hand cart, double check availability even though on reservatioin. The rep that helped me was excellent and moved the truck around as needed and did a very thoural walk through of the vehicle.
