I was told I could pick it up anytime I wanted I had a 4 PM pick up unaware that the minute I picked up is submitted. I had to have it back. I wasn’t not told that and I also was told that I could drop it off anywhere closest to my home in Sheboygan so I did that.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe two people in the office were friendly, but since this is a truck stop location, it wasn’t particularly inviting but easily accessible. All I can say is that if you use this location, make sure the gentleman goes out to the truck before you walk off the lot. We had just put gas in the vehicle plus we returned it on one day and they showed on the receipt that we didn’t deliver it till the next day, and that they had to put gas in it; plus, they charged us for extra mileage when it was supposed to be unlimited.
Kandi ZDrop off went fast and efficient.

Marianne RThe return location was great. The pick up was late slow un. Helpful and did not have the moving blankets I reserved. I SPECIFICALLY DECLINED SAFE TRIP COVERAGE AND WAS CHARGED TWO TIMES $32 FOR TRUCK N$16+ FOR TRAILER I MOVED FOR YOU. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF THOSE AND PROOF OF MY $50 CREDIT FOR HAULING YOUR TRAILER. CONTACT ME IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES WITH THIS
