Cab was clean but had salt or sugar crystals various places on driver side including in cup holder, on floor, and on seat. The total was not what I reserved. They said it didn't matter until I returned the truck at which time final total would be calculated. However a $30 "Safe Move" charge was added to my contract at the outset without my consent. I wanted it removed. They called their UHaul manager who promised to refund it to my same credit card right away. It has been two days. No refund yet.

This is the second time I have rented a Uhaul from this location and the employees are very friendly and helpful and they have a huge lot so easy to get in and out of, just iff the highway.
