Gregory OMy original request for size of truck was confirmed and then, an hour later, not available unless I made an additional 24 mile round trip. I settled for the smaller truck. Then I was told I could pick up at 8 am, was changed to 10 am, then was called again and told they didn’t open until 9:30. Turns out they opened at 9 am! Nobody at Uhaul scheduling seems to know what they are doing! And the trucks front end stinks! Truck was all over the road and difficult to steer! Terrible!
