This was my second time using this location. This time was better than the first as the employee had been trained on how to do the rentals. That said, they still relied on me to complete most everything myself on the app for both the rental and the return. I also declined the safe tow coverage but was charged for it anyway.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe worker told me she had only been there one month and had no idea how to do the U-Haul rental. She had to call someone at the store next door. Even that person wasn’t sure how to finish the process and asked me to do it on the app. Someone had to come over from the other store to help lift the trailer onto my vehicle and said they had no idea how to connect everything and would learn by watching me do it. Very disappointing as this location is the only one within a mile minutes of my house. Next time I’ll drive farther to the location that knows what they are doing. I can’t imagine what this would have been like if I were renting a truck.
RUSTY JRemove the 4 foot tall weeds from around the key box. If order has dolly and blankets, have them in the truck. Actually send out the text message with the key box code.

SAMUEL FThe people I talked to at this location went way above and beyond and were super nice and friendly and helpful even though he could tell we were frustrated after having had three other locations double book the trucks at the other three locations. By far the best experience I’ve had with uhaul was this location.
