Better directions to the lot/trucks/key box on days the office is closed (Mondays and Tuesdays) Also I didn't get the dolly or furniture pads ... which ended up fine, I just don't want to pay for that as I didn't get it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDarnell was very friendly and helpful ! He really made the experience smooth and easy ! Thank You !!
Mitchell HIt was great but it takes awhile to find where to pick them up
Teagan LStaff was friendly and extremely helpful
Brandon DThe staff (Darnell) was excellent (couldn’t recommend him more!) and the truck was very clean. However, there was a mechanical issue with the truck that resulted in a headache of a day with uhaul not providing a clear pathway for getting answers. I kept being redirected in calls because people didn’t know answers. I was not able to close my contract until Tuesday midday and I had only rented the truck for 4 hours on Sunday. I think this could’ve been handled better by Uhaul (not specifically the Wenatchee location).
