There never is anyone there. Clean it up. Make it look more inviting and less "Rundown City".

Clean up lot
Mark FI had scheduled a pick-up at a different location but was called two days prior to tell me that they did not have the equipment I wanted and I would have to pick it up at a location further away from where I requested. When I got the location, no one was there, so I called and the man said he'd be there in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later he showed up and we took care of the paperwork.
Michael SCustomers should be notified, and have their accounts adjusted/converted for self checkout because the location does not have internet service or the ability to check equipment out properly.
