The rearview mirror was broken and a hazard when driving. I was surprised uhaul allows broken safety equipment to be kept on vehicles they rent. Unfortunately there were no other trucks available on the lot and i needed to move that day. It was extremely difficult to drive the vehicle without a proper rearview mirror

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des aviscustomer service and location manager were kind and helpful, though the inconvenience from the initial clerk’s ignorance of the service & the second’s unwillingness to assist resulted in a 14 hour delay. highly dissatisfied with that aspect but much love to all the kindness allowing us to get it done at deadline
alan gPoor computer system....causing me to be very late for my pickup I returned van in less than an hour and was charged additional $18 for 3 miles usage. Worker used his personal phone to take pictures of my credit card and drivers license....causing me to fear ID theft. Was not given a receipt though I waited for on. Called Andrew several times, send him text also, after returning the van and absolutely no response. I am yet to see a receipt to understand my charges. The attendant told me it's $48. Less than an hour and 3 miles on. Extremely dissatisfied Would never recommend to anyone.
Andrea WThe attendant at the gas station would not give the keys even though we had a reservation. We walked in and asked about the U-Hauls, unsure if he was responsible or someone else, and he just said "no" which led us on a goose chase for an hour with support, standing in the parking lot of the gas station. We finally realized that he was the one who had the keys, and only after support begged him over the phone did he give us the keys for our reservation. Very unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful!
