Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe U-Haul felt very unsafe the check engine light came on by the time of drop off I felt as if it didn’t shift properly the wipers were broken and it did rain I sent an email to corporate and the email was not responded to I am very unhappy with my U-Haul experience I was in a really difficult situation and unfortunately needed the uhaul that day
Kyla SI didn’t receive the truck I ordered (20’) but it turned out ok using the 26’. The guy was really nice checking me in it took a little longer cause he hadn’t received the truck in yet, and he had to sweep it out and it wasn’t full on fuel. The truck drove great and I am happy!
Kathy RThe gentleman was very helpful with tips and information. The location is extremely convenient.
Darlene HNot sure why we got a cleaning fee. Bottom had quite a bit of rocks in it when we picked it up. Maybe next time on the app where you have to do all the work and take all the pictures you could add taking pics of the inside. If I knew we were going to be charged for someone else’s mess I would have picked the rocks out myself.
