I had completed my rental online including adding my driver's license. When I arrived at the store to pickup my vehicle, I was made to do the paperwork all over, again. It took time and the person went into sales mode trying to get me to upgrade everything. I did not need a sales pitch, I just wanted my keys. Again, I had completed all the paperwork and uploads online. Also, I had a different location chosen due to what was available when I registered online. I also chose a hotel to stay at just 2 blocks away from that uhaul location because I was flying in to get a truck and auto transport. uHaul changed my pickup location after-the-fact and I had to Uber 20 minutes away to pick up the truck and car carrier. This is poor on uHaul. It wass a waste of my time and money. You should honor the deals made online.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo comment. It was a great experience!
Palmer CThe location was clean, but the truck's cab was sticky and dirty. Lots of old Coffee and sticky Coke were in all the cup holders, seats, and the center console. Otherwise, the Truck was in great shape. Otherwise, the truck was very pleasant to drive cross-country.
