The process was easy and the flexibility was great. We were able to book the uhaul within hours. Alex was also very helpful and explained to us how to return it.

Frank SEverything was fine. Thank you U-Haul
David TI dropped it off 1 day early 10/13. Person at store had no idea what to do. Didnt even go and look at trailer. Said her boss would call me. On 10/14 noticed trailer was still on my account as not returned. Called store and was told same thing. "Dont know what to do, boss will call" no call, but at least by the end of the day the rental was off my active list on uhail.com.
LOUIS PWe weren’t communicating that there was no equipment in the truck Had to go another 30 miles to get the equipment
