Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck on the outside and inside was dirty. The truck had a horrible smell that never went away. They had no other trucks available. Not yo mention I reserved my pick up for 8am and the store didn’t open until noon. In addition, they weren’t even at the store for noon.Uhaul in Louisiana had no available trucks in the city I needed a truck nor its surrounding cities. I returned the truck a day early and still was charged the same price. When I returned the truck in Texas, and walked in the store I wasn’t greeted. The only good experience was the return.
Shantell BDropped auto hauler off 1 day early and had to go back the next day because the showed I haven’t dropped it off, the guy I talked to who was over the U-Haul said he would take care of it, he didn’t. Had to call U-Haul because I didn’t want to charged for it being late when I dropped it off early. My app showed I dropped it off late but I wasn’t charged extra, because I call U-Haul in advance. Also I took pictures when I dropped it off just in case something like this happened. I wouldn’t recommend using JMart west at all.
