Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app works really bad. The person standing there doesn’t help at all. He was rude and uncooperative. I spent half an hour trying to upload just the dl pictures. The whole experience was a disaster.
Saily RActually have the truck you promise when someone reserves it. Actually give them the $50 you promise them when the truck you guarantee isn’t there. Don’t charge $30 fees for leaving the gas gauge in functionally the same place after driving less than 30 miles. Be easier to reach and quicker to problem solve.
Catherine EI have rented many times before. This is the first time I ever picked up a truck with absolutely no gas it said 18 miles to empty. I even took a picture of that. And now I see you charged me for gas even though I left it with much more then I was given. Not fair. Also the employee took so long to check me in and out the line of customers were joking about walking out without paying. I never had this before.. I also only used this place for returns after hours. Terrible it is a busy store too busy for the U-Haul rentals
Barbara NI thought I could drop off the truck with the employee behind the counter at this convenience store, but instead I had to download your app and take a bunch of pictures of the truck and submit everything through my phone. Luckily, my daughter was with me and she knew exactly what to do. It would have been a lot easier if the employee at the store could have done all of that. After taking all the photos and downloading your app, I learned the employee was the one who could take the keys to the truck, he just wanted us to do all of the work!. Also, this location is not in a good neighborhood, not a good place to be at night. Next time, I will return the truck to a U-Haul owned location during regular business hours.
