The pick up location was fine but the self check in and check out process was miserable. We were on the phone with Uhaul customer service for over 45 minutes working to get the truck key. The website had the wrong phone number on my account and I had to make two calls to get logged in and finally get the key code to open the lock box. When I returned the truck the amount of pictures requested was a lot and took over 30 minutes just to return a key. We will never use this process again and are disappointed with our experience. Moving is stressful enough and having to be delayed because of technology made it much worse.
