Check the air conditioner on the trucks, Air didn't work on the truck I got, hoped to get it repaired while in Tennessee, the service tech came and checked it out and determined bad compressor, I had no available time to try and find another to swap out, The air started working about a 100 miles from West plains,, so 650 miles no air.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des aviscalled the Uhaul number as instructed on a Sunday. Representative told me I was at the wrong drop off location, which was selected with the help of the rental pickup location. I had to have help lifting the tongue off the ball. Rep was not helpful, but said she would mark it dropped off. I think I got charged for an extra day at $20.00 because of the drop location. I definitely was not expecting the extra charge which I paid the total required at the pickup site
Steve JThe guy working the computer was friendly and very helpful, from doing the paper to actually helping me attach it to my truck, he was there. This is the only place I will rent from. Great job
Glen SDid not have the extras I ordered. No furniture blankets.
Suzanne CTRL had a bald tire. Vendor was polite and the transition was fast.
