Both the pick up and drop off locations were very good with respect to the site, the equipment and the personnel. I will say I was extremely disappointed when I received a phone call from the regional office, just one day prior to pick up, and was advised that the 5 x 8 trailer I rented (and had received a message of guaranteed confirmation) at one of the two Antigonish locations was no longer available and I had to drive 40 minutes each way to a different location to pick up the equipment I needed. This delayed our whole day by At least 90 minute, not to mention the extra gas I had to use and I was only offered $50 in compensation… This is what I’ll be relaying to people when they ask about my U-Haul experience. Again, an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

ROSS FAdd jacks to the trailers. They are heavy to lift. Can be a safety issue for some people. I am in shape and a fairly strong person and thought it was heavy to put on the truck.
