The van's windows and mirrors were quite dirty, which made reversing the vehicle quite difficult. Upon returning the vehicle, the agent was quite rude. Instead of informing me to top up the gas his words were along the lines of "why would you return the van not full when I didn't give it to you this way". He then proceeded to complain about the way I parked it, to which I informed him the rear view mirrors were thilthy and couldn't see anything behind me. He then made me wait as he "parked the van properly". And then just walked away not saying anything other than id get an email about the rental in a few weeks. This person needs proper customer service etiquette and training because he has absolutely none.
