This was my own fault, but the trailer I rented was too small. Had to return it to a location that was closer to where I needed it ( Sturgis MI wholesale store) after having it for only an hour. I rented another unit at the Sturgis location but was told they could not give me any kind of credit or refund. They suggested I contact corporate to ask if I can be refunded some amount of me first rental yesterday. Thank you for your consideration.
