Employee seemed put out to be assisting. When going through rental details some were not correct, ie return time, stated they can’t do anything about that. So was not corrected. Now still trying to work through that on the back end. Generally not helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe young lady that got the truck signed back in as returned, was patient, helpful and polite. Excellent employee.
Nova SPicking up was not good, and drop-off was troublesome. Overall, i reserved 4-5 days ago. Still, I was told that it is not available in Bowie. overall, it was a too-bad experience.
