The information I gave them about my address was not the same as the information on the message they sent me. This was the second location I had to go to in order to get the truck I needed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was not the location I chose for a pickup. This place was tiny, nasty and surrounded by about 50-75 homeless and drug addicts. They were literally squatting around the rental truck I was picking up. They had food and other items thrown over the truck. The place didn’t have the blankets I ordered. U-Haul should be ashamed to have vehicles at this disgusting place. I will not do business with U-Haul again before I let them send me someplace I’m not familiar with.
Michael WThere needs to be better signage. I didn't know it was a U-Haul drop-off center. The worker was very polite and everything was simple, but identifying the place was difficult. Especially since I'm not from here.
EBONY MMy experience with that location was superb.
Lorenzo HThe location I would not recommend to any body because the location seen a lot of homeless and a pimp drop of a hocker off. Just not a good part of town.
