I set the pickup of the equipment at a location about 10 minutes from my house and I was sent to a location over 30 minutes away. There were other locations much closer to me that I could have been sent to for the pickup.

William TGreat service. Even better staff.
John LThis is where I had to drive to pick up the new trailer to which you're company never let this location know we were coming. Which wasted more of our travel time. Very unprofessional of you uhaul and I'm very unhappy with the customer service.
ANDREW SWILLACOOCHEE #1. The drop off was an easy, easy process. The staff was the best, very welcoming and helpful. We did a walk-around inspection of the trailer, dropped it in the parking spot, and were done. I would definitely recommend Ace Hardware of Willacoochee.
