Rented online, but most information did not capture, so I had to checking all over again.I was on a very tight timeline, so that was frustrating and slow. I called ahead and appreciated the truck was pulled up and ready for me! It had not been swept out however, so I'm glad they didn't try to charge me for not sweeping it out. I only had a clean sofa in and out.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisClean the inside cab of the truck. It was very dirty dog hair everywhere and steering wheel sticky. The truck it self had issues with a bad vibration it felt like it was going to vibrate apart. I was so glad I was not going far with it. I would say ball joints. It also want to keep going left as I changed lanes it didn't want to come back straight. I think the brakes are out of adjust or they are glazed I had to stop on the brakes to stop
GERALDINE MThe location is very convenient, however the staff member who waited on us was terrible. He is in an elevated position (management or such) and he is as disinterested and unhelpful as can be. He makes you feel like you are a burden and taking his precious time away from more important tasks.
JOHN PMake sure to check in all the equipment rented to the customer to make sure the contract is completed in a timely manner.
Denton AWe were over charged and even after pointing out that it was higher than the last time she still over charged us. I've always used U-Haul but I wont anymore.
