Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat location for picking up in Williamsburg.
Marc RVery accommodating on last minute booking due to White Stone location not having our booked trailer. We had to drive 2 hours round trip to Williamsburg in the pouring rain to pick up the replacement rental. Very upsetting and a huge inconvenience. $50 credit does not satisfy the inconvenience we experienced and the White Stone representative was NOT helpful at all. He just told us to cancel the reservation. A call should have been made to us letting us know they did not have our rental PRIOR to us driving 8 hours to pick up. Very POOR customer service.
ADOLFO GPickup & drop off was quick and easy. Location is great.
Raymond RLocation was convenient. Door was locked although they had posted hours showing them to be open. I wanted to tell them about the oil and grease in the truck. No one answered so I was trying to work with the app when a person came out. He said he would add a comment about the oil and grease.
