DAVID KThe vehicle was out of alignment dangerous to operate
Ruben mPersonnel not available at the time of drop off. This has nothing to do with each of the drop off locations, but the overall U haul app is terrible. It was constantly logging me out as I was trying to upload my photos to process my drop off transaction, which I think then overall charged me an additional 20.00 because of being unable to check out via the uhaul app. It also never recognized my phone number and password, which constantly prompted a verification code to get sent to my phone, then not recognizing the verification code when I would enter it on the app. Definitely needs some improving! But again, this has nothing to do with each of the locations that I reported to with the actual vehicle.
