The check engine light came on when I was using the truck not sure what it was for. I contacted customer service who said that I can keep driving it as long as the truck doesn’t have any issues

Rudy SThe truck that I picked up was covered in snow and I had to clear away a 3 foot snowbank to pull the truck out of the location in which it was parked. It was clearly not prepared for my pickup. Luckily, I had the ability to clear the truck and move it from the spot in which it was parked. This was very disappointing. The vehicle itself was in good shape, which was what I expected from a UHaul.

Stephen KI came to pick up the truck, and when I turned the truck on, the check engine light was on, i called Uhaul and they transfered me to the Buffalo office and I was told you can go to another location to pick up another car or you can drive it there and replace it, I was dropped of by Uber so I told her that and she told me thats what we can do. Anyway I drove the truck and replaced it and when I asked the gentleman in Depew to extend the time because it was 4:15pm when i picked the other car off he said no which made me have to call again and be transferred to the Buffalo office and they did it.
