Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI would absolutely recommend this location to a friend and I would absolutely use it again as well. There was someone there in the lobby of the storage facility who quickly helped get me checked out and gave me a credit back for the extra gas I put in it and also helped get the dolly and furniture pad rental removed from the bill since the location I picked the truck at in Goldsboro, which was different from Pinnacle Storage of Monkey Junction, the two locations are 100% independent of the other, the dolly and furniture pads I rented were not in the truck when I picked it up the truck, which again, was NOT Pinnacle Storage, it was the pickup location in Goldsboro, NC that made the errors with my order. Pinnacle was so great I am highly considering changing my storage unit to them very soon!
KIMBERLY GI turned in the UHaul keys into the dispenser since they were closed by the time we finished moving. So I had no interaction with staff.
Cora VEverything was good. Easy and friendly service. Convenient and quick.
Summer TThe employee who checked me out with a 15 foot truck was so professional and had all my paperwork ready for my signature. She made the entire process easy!
