The pick up point was fine. I misread the pick up point. The drop off was horrible!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPerson needs to be at the place for pick up when they say they they are. And was charged twice for my rental now I’m having a jump through hoops to get my money back.
rodney mWaited outside for over an hour because the gate was closed even though it said on their website they were open until 4. Would not answer the phone when we called multiple times. Was rude and rushed us off the property after.
MARY TThis guy rolled it off bed to come help me. This location is his house I guess. Had to wait ten minutes for him to come to his gate and help me. I can’t get ahold of him by phone to return a blanket I forgot to return.
LORI WOverall great service very professional staff dropping off was very easy. I would most definitely recommend this location dependable. And very reliable great overall experience right I live about 30 minutes from Wilson and I will be using them again. I pray that everybody that reads this that the scales fall off their eyes and they can see Jesus for who he truly is in Jesus name. Have a blessed evening.
