Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe people needed training and created a serious situation at the site. On the positive side the district manager stepped in and handled the situation in a professional manner.
Terrance BThe paperwork was incorrect. I took a picture of the gas that was in it when I got in it and it was not what was on the paperwork nor was the mileage but when I tried to call nobody answered the phone. I'm not going to pay for somebody else's trip. I know exactly how many miles I put on the truck and their information was incorrect and they tried to bill me for the full amount twice
Andrea Wthey were friendly and helpful.
Jennifer hReserved at location in Troy, Mo. Received a phone call that they overbooked and I would have to go to another U-Haul located in Winfield. The caller said it’s only 4 miles away when in fact it was 22 miles away. I’m extremely upset about this and should be compensated for the extra mileage and inconvenience. I don’t know if I will ever use U-Haul again
