Nitish SCall as soon as there's an issue with a truck, don't wait until the customer arrives. Ensure unit is swept out and clean. Dealer must learn the computer system because there was issues with it not working so many calls had to be made, recommend staying on the line until it has been resolved.
Marie PSite was not open, need to change the survey to indicate NA
dan cWe did not receive the car hauler that we had ordered and were assured that it would work for our needs. Our truck did not fit on it so we returned it to the Winkler location right away and we never got reimbursed for uhaul's screw up.
