The staff is very friendly, warm, and cordial, which makes all the difference. The Dorm light never worked, which made it very difficult to use the truck at night. Kindly, if possible, have all vehicles checked through and any minor issues sorted out. Otherwise, all went well.

madassar sEasy and affordable thanks for making a hard time easy!
Kirk HThe customer service representative at this location was extremely rude, and her way of speaking was very unprofessional. There was absolutely no politeness or courtesy in her communication. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning to this U-Haul location.
Alishah SVery poor service from the U-Haul side. The recipet and fare was totally unfair. Charged for 2 days just for using 2 hours. When I filed a dispute, the reply was even too cold. Won't be acceptable.
