Very nice customer service. Returning the truck was very difficult because it was dark and there wasn’t a designated area for parking and there were cars parked where the U-Haul was originally picked up and we had to wait a while for cars to be gone enough yo park

marvin wThe lady who helped me get the truck was super kind and helpful, her customer service was excellent, however this location did not have the moving blankets I requested and the truck was full of sand/dust/not clean. I also probably would not go to this location alone.
ABIGAIL AEveything was pretty much all good and perfect. Except the lady that called me. The scheduling lady. She was not the nicest / easiest person to talk to. I really don't think that job is for her. She was pretty rude on the phone towards me. Please go back and listen to what I assume are recorded phone calls. This might not be her thing. But everyone else who works at uhaul are really good valuable employees. Please go back and listen to that phone call. She is not really a good fit for that job. Amy or Mamie was possibly the name.
