A person managing the store was not there at the pick up time and arrived about 10 minutes later. The truck size that we had reserved was not there and I had to argue to get a larger truck at the same price to meet my timeline needs. I did the online check-in with check out with the employee, however ended up spending 30 minutes checking in . The building also stunk.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe Uhaul app is trash. The guy at this location was very helpful.
Jason MThe location was closed, so I waited 30-40 minutes for the key. When I got the key, the truck had 46 miles left of range (effectively empty). Your fuel policy gave me a 6$ credit, and I need to return it with at least a 1/4 tank - that makes NO sense at all. I’m not rental with Uhaul again
SIMON CCharged for two days since clerk failed to complete return in a timely manner. Overcharged initially $50.
