The people at the pick up location were awesome. They were so accommodating and kind and sweet. I did look inside the trailer before I left and it looked clean and did not smell. And I’m speaking from previous experience with other U-Haul trailers and other pick up locations But when I got home, it just wasn’t clean to my standards. I had to vacuum it out and really clean it. There was dirt and stuff in the corners in the edges. Again, it just wasn’t up to my standards, although they most likely did what they were supposed to do. I can send you pictures of the rags. I used to clean it out. I think you’d be amazed. Let me know if you want to see them. Honestly, I doubt if anyone will even read this.

Shawn RThis location was friendly and helpful. The pickup site was moved (without an email or phone call notifying me) to a location eight miles further from my home. This wasted about 45 minutes of my time. U-Haul needs to do a better job in notifying customers BEFORE changing the pickup location.
