Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisreturning the truck was terrible, no one spoke English well. I was expected to use the app but they had taken the key from me and I wandered around trying to locate help so I could get the proper data.
Rebecca DDefinitely need to have the app downloaded and ready. Friendly staff but a little slow to get the vehicle and complete the on line pickup
GINA AIt took 45 minutes to get the unit. They had to move cars around. The tire pressure warning light was on the entire rental although the attendant pumped up the tires when I left, I found the passenger side mirror housing plastic was cracked and checked on my pick up video and it was cracked then. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.
robert gUhaul called me to switch to this location, but no one was on site to assist with pick up at the reservation time. I managed to take the vehicle nearly an hour later than intended via self service. I also reserved a dolly, blankets, and a cart, which were not available at the site, but I think I was still charged for these. Overall, a very poor experience.
