I had the best service I've ever experienced at a U-Haul location. Daniel, the store manager, was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and his excellent customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate his dedication and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great rental experience. Thank you, Daniel!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas disappointed when I arrived at the Plank Road, Fredericksburg location, the location of my confirmation, and no truck was available. I did not receive a call prior to to say location had been changed or that the 15’ truck I reserved was not available. Had to drive 20 minutes in opposite direction for smaller truck.
