The 6x12 equipment was in pretty rough shape. The door didn't open or close very easily and it felt a little less stable driving than previous trailers I've rented. My biggest issue is with the wooden rails on the inside of the box. The right side rails were replaced with rails where you couldn't use them to tie down your load at all unless you used twine. This is definitely the worst Uhaul I've rented so far.

Christopher MDropped off 20 foot truck Saturday afternoon at 2pm. The person that does paperwork was not there. Told to just leave the truck and keys there. They'll process it on Monday.. Wow!, not knowing what extra fees will be charged till Monday. Totally un professional and frustrating.

Russell MThe truck was fine but they gave us an appliance dolly which we did NOT order or want and they didn't have the furniture dolly we did order and need. He also didn't have any furniture padding which we also ordered. We called U-Haul several days ahead to make sure everything would be in order and were told it would be. It WAS NOT and then the guy gave us zero options other than to drive to the main office to get what we needed. They ALSO didn't have a furniture dolly so that meant we had to go buy one. They only offered us $10off which also isn't even what we paid for the dolly -- so we are requesting a full refund + a discount for the hassle we experienced having to run around to deal with equipment we paid for and were told would be available.
