Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJeannie is the BEST when it comes to customer service! She makes the process easy and quick.
Joe PBar Z Sales was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them. However, I am very disappointed with U-Haul for changing my pick-up site one day before pickup. This added an additional 20 miles to my mileage (for which I was charged $20) and 40 minutes of additional drive time to pick up the truck and back track to my loading site. I literally drove by my original pick-up site on the way to the apartment. Do better U-Haul!
ROGER MIt took over an hour to complete our pickup. We were the only customers there; many issues occurred, and multiple people had to be called to resolve issues. Unsure if these issues would have occurred at a different location, but it was very frustrating.
Carey RAwesome lady! She was really nice and took great care of us. She was very welcoming and brought smiles to our face after the move.
